Terms of Service

These terms describe the Free Website offer from Apex Treasure Software (Apex Treasure Sdn Bhd, 700414-W). Project-specific scope, fees and service arrangements will be agreed before work begins.

Free design and development

Website design and development for a responsive 5-7 page website is free for selected portfolio slots. There is no design fee or build fee within the agreed offer scope. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee selection or reserve a slot.

Paid Hosting & Care

To keep the website live under this offer, hosting, maintenance, content updates and support are provided through our paid Hosting & Care Plan, starting from RM150/month. A free domain is included when you pay annually. A discount is available when paying annually. We agree the scope and hosting plan before starting. There are no hidden design charges.

Scope and additional requirements

Portfolio examples show our design range. AI platforms, e-commerce, integrations and other custom functions are not automatically included in the free website offer. Any additional work, domain costs if applicable, content update limits and other charges must be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Build timeline and content

A typical website takes 1-2 days to build once requirements, content and the hosting plan are confirmed. Revisions or additional features may extend this timeline. You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied content and for having permission to use supplied text, images and branding.

Service arrangements

Billing dates, annual discounts, renewal, cancellation, refund and handover arrangements will be set out in your agreed plan before you commit. Ask us to clarify these details before accepting a plan. An enquiry through this page alone is not a purchase.
